| 3. | State functionaries who retaliate against teachers , if the cases constitutes a crime , shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of article 146 of the criminal law
国家工作人员对教师打击报复构成犯罪的，依照刑法第一百四十六条的规定追究刑事责任。 |
| 4. | Article 66 any person who resells railway passenger ticket for profit involving relatively large quantity or value shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with article 117 of the criminal law
第六十六条倒卖旅客车票数额较大的，依照刑法第一百一十七条的规定追究刑事责任。 |
| 5. | Article 31 a judge who has committed any of the acts listed in article 30 of this law shall be given sanctions ; if the case constitutes a crime , he or she shall be investigated for criminal responsibility
第三十一条法官有本法第三十条所列行为之一的，应当给予处分；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。 |
| 6. | Article 33 a judge who has committed any of the acts listed in article 32 of this law shall be given sanctions ; if the case constitutes a crime , he or she shall be investigated for criminal responsibility

| 7. | Article 32 . persons who steal , spy on , buy or illegally provide state secrets for institutions , organizations and people outside the country shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with law
第三十二条为境外的机构、组织、人员窃取、刺探、收买、非法提供国家秘密的，依法追究刑事责任。 |
| 8. | Anyone , who unlawfully holds documents , materials or other articles classified as state secrets , if the case constitutes the crime of divulging state secrets , shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law
非法持有属于国家秘密的文件、资料和其他物品，构成泄露国家密罪的，依法追究刑事责任。 |
| 9. | Article 41 whoever , in violation of the provisions of this law , illegally possesses or conceals guns shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of article 163 of the criminal law
第四十一条违反本法规定，非法持有、私藏枪支的，依照刑法第一百六十三条的规定追究刑事责任。 |
| 10. | Article 36 a public procurator who has committed any of the acts listed in article 33 of this law shall be given sanctions ; if the case constitutes a crime , he or she shall be investigated for criminal responsibility
